$500, 3br, Miramar High Rise 3 bed 2 bath, No Preference

I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath apt in a secure building on Ave Miramar and would like to find a good roomate who is capable of paying 500 per month for a nice large room and private bath & share the rest of the furnished apt. the 3rd room is not for rent and will not be, just 2 people total in a 1300 sq ft place, quiet and secure, AC all rooms thanks
