The condo is a spacious 1200 square feet and has recently been completely remodeled, with custom mahogany cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. You have a private laundry room as well, and secure parking. Some of the most popular restaurants on the island are in walking distance (Sand Castle on the Beach, Aqua West, Lost Dog, West End Grill, Le St. Tropez) while others are just a short drive (Sunset Grill, Coconuts, Rhythms, and the Domino Club, home of the famous beer drinking pigs).
